		<title>May 20, 2008</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Today in class while i was doing my worksheet bonanza packet, i learned that when solving radical expressions you should do the factor tree for each radical to get the answer. This was very confusing to me at first but now it&#8217;s pretty easy to complete the problem!

		<description><![CDATA[Today we went over monomials and  polynomials.  We reviewd on the exponent rules used in monomials and polynomials. We  took notes on monomials then, we had to choose a practice activity which was either a worksheet with  practice problems or board race with practice problems. After that we took notes on polynomials. We also went over when to use the FOIL concept.

		<description><![CDATA[yesterday in class we learned about monomials. we did a practice ws and worked in groups instead of board races. in order to do monomials you have to remember the order of operation and exponet rules. then we learned when you add polynomials you have to be careful about negative signs.
